David was a great help last year when I was looking for a home. We walked through a lot of homes and he was so patient with me. He helped point me to areas that would fit what I was looking for. We talked about knowing the house when I found it and boy was he right! When I walked in the front door of my home I looked at him and said "This is it!" And sure enough it was! It had everything I was looking for and more! It is perfect! Thank you David!

We bought the perfect house and couldn't have done it without all of David's hardwork and time. The one thing we really appreciated about you, was the way you kept us up to date on how things were moving along. And day or night you were always available to take our calls and answer our questions. When we needed to line up contractors and inspections to prepare our home for closing you were so helpful by providing us reliable contacts. On a few occasions you even met them at our house when we weren't able to let them in. Everyone is amazed that our home was sold in only 6 weeks. Since we had an out of state move ahead of us, it was a huge relief knowing everything was taken care of so quickly. Thank you for all your hard work in selling our home.
